It was a school teacher’s encouragement that led her to try out for a local radio gig, a small opportunity that sparked a big career. From that first break, she carved out her own path in entertainment, quickly rising through the ranks at CBS to become Head of Daytime TV at the #1 rated broadcast network.

She knows firsthand what it means to build success from sheer grit and determination. Now, she’s turning that experience into action. Angelica is mentoring the next generation, arming them with the confidence, skills, and mindset to lead, succeed, and earn a place at the table.
